Despite the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, our store still opt to serve people. Hence, it is important that we are observing preventive measures against such disease.

How to Prevent Coronavirus Transmission in Our Store

  1. Prepare the entrance and counters with:

    • Handwashing stations

    • Hand rubs with 70% alcohol

    • Face masks and gloves

    • Protective screens or queue barriers

    • Posters and visual cues about social distancing

    • Chairs, tables, furniture, equipment, products, and other items suitable for social distancing

    • Tissues and closed bins

  2. Check the temperature of each customer upon entry.

  3. Require the store personnel and customers to:

    • Wear face masks and gloves (optional).

    • Practice social distancing.

  4. Limit the entry of customers. If possible, enable other entrance lanes to avoid crowding.

  5. Ensure that customers waiting outside are practicing social distancing, too.

  6. Move electronic payment devices closer to the customer and farther from the cashier.

  7. Encourage cashless transactions.

  8. Schedule restocking during off-peak or after store hours.

  9. Regularly clean and disinfect counters, baskets, carts, door knobs, and other frequently touched objects.
